     • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the location. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
     • Same-Day/Express Delivery: Available in select locations for an additional fee. Please choose the option at checkout if available.
  2. Shipping Charges
     • Free Shipping: Available for orders over Rs. 1000/- within India.
     • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged for orders below Rs.1000/-.
     • International Shipping: Shipping fees and delivery times for international orders vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
  3. Order Tracking
     • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.
  4. Packaging
     • All orders are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service immediately.
  5. Undelivered or Lost Packages
     • If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

     • For international shipments, any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  7. Delivery Attempt
     • Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order 3 times. If you are not available, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery fees may apply in such cases.

     • Once the order is placed, you can request a change of delivery address within 24 hours by contacting our support team. After this window, changes may not be possible.
